Key Responsibilities:

3. Work Quality & Performance
- All tasks must be completed on time and meet the quality benchmarks set by Ezmart.store.
- Employees are expected to maintain high accuracy in data entry and product management.
- Any errors or omissions that negatively impact the website may result in payment deductions or task reassignment.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is based on task completion and performance.
- Compensation structure:
- Fixed rate per task or monthly payment (as agreed upon during hiring).
- Any subpar or incomplete work may result in non-payment for that specific task.
- Payments will be processed only after verification of completed tasks.
- Any disputes regarding payment must be raised within 5 business days after payment issuance.
5. Work Ethics & Confidentiality
